Is it safe to tape my mouth at night?+
For healthy adults who can breathe freely through the nose, gently supporting lip closure during sleep is generally well tolerated. The strip flexes and releases if you open your mouth. If you have or suspect sleep apnea, nasal obstruction or any breathing difficulty, talk to a healthcare professional first. Not for use by children.

Can I open my mouth if I need to?+
Yes. The woven strip flexes with your lips and releases under pressure, so you can yawn, sip water or speak. It is a gentle reminder, not a lock.

Is it comfortable for sensitive skin?+
It was designed for exactly that. The cotton weave breathes, the adhesive is gentle, and each strip is single use so it goes on clean every night. If you have very reactive skin, try your first strip on the back of your hand.
