Refund policy

The 30-Night Sleep Trial
Mouth tape only works if you actually use it, so we don't think you should have to gamble on it. Open the pouch. Use the strips. Sleep with them for up to 30 nights. If NightWeave isn't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you — even if the pouch is opened and part-used. You don't need to send the strips back.

How to start a return or refund
Email us at hello@nightweave.co with your order number and we'll take it from there. We may ask a couple of questions about how you got on with the tape — not to talk you out of the refund, but because it genuinely helps us improve the product.

The 30-Night Sleep Trial applies to one pouch per customer. If you bought a multi-pouch bundle, you can open and trial one pouch and return the remaining pouches unopened for a full refund of the whole order. Unopened pouches can be returned within 30 days of delivery in any case.

Damages, defects and wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and we'll cover return postage in these cases.

Refunds
We'll notify you once your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it, please contact us at hello@nightweave.co.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund on your current order and place a new one.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. For unopened goods, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Our 30-Night Sleep Trial above is offered in addition to, and does not limit, this right.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. The 30-Night Sleep Trial is a voluntary commercial guarantee we offer in addition to your legal rights.
