Shipping
We ship from Australia. Here's what to expect:
- Free shipping on all orders over $40 AUD.
- Delivery time: typically 7–15 business days within Australia.
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
- We also ship internationally, including to the United States and the EU — delivery times vary by destination, and any import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns — the 30-Night Sleep Trial
Mouth tape only works if you actually use it, so we don't think you should have to gamble on it.
Open the pouch. Use the strips. Sleep with them for up to 30 nights. If NightWeave isn't for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — even if the pouch is opened and part-used. You don't need to send the strips back.
How to start a return or refund
Email hello@nightweave.co with your order number and we'll take it from there. We may ask a couple of questions about how you got on with the tape — not to talk you out of the refund, but because it genuinely helps us improve the product.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right — return postage on us.
